Q: What color Scrub can I wear?
A: -- IPU RNs and LPNs will wear Olive Green or Black
--All CNAs & Adult Day Caregivers will wear Caribbean Blue tops have the option of either Caribbean Blue or Pewter Scrub pants
--Housekeeping will wear Pewter
Q: Can I return clothing that does not fit or order the wrong size?
A: Any garment or accessory that is embroidered cannot be returned. Scrub pants can only be exchanged within 10 days of receiving product if they; unwashed/unworn/unaltered with tags attached. There is a 25% restocking fees (and shipping fees of $8.50 for Ad Madison to return and re-ship out to you.
Q: Where do I find size charts?

Q: How often are orders put in?
A: Orders are put in every Tuesday.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Generally, it will take 10-12 business days to receive your order. Summer and Holidays take 15-20 business days.
Q: Why are production times longer during the holiday season and summer?
A: Due to mass volume of summer events and holiday gift season, the decorators are swamped. My apologies in Advance!
Q: What happens if I check out without applying my Gift Certificate code?
A: Don't hit the final "submit" button if you don't see your discount applied. We can refund your money, but it takes 3-5 days to occur.
Q: I entered my gift code but it was not applied, why?
A: You most likely entered the gift code number wrong, or you started your order, then came back to it after the page expired which will erase your gift code. You need to re-enter code, before submitting order.
Q: What happens if I dispute a credit card charge from Ad Madison for a clothing order?
A: Please call before ever disputing with your bank. Your order will be quite a bit delayed, and Ad Madison gets charged a hefty fee from their bank.
